وثقت شهادات حية عن القوات المدنية، جانب من الجرائم التي نفذتها الطائرات الإسرائيلية خلال فترة العدوان الأخير على قطاع غزّة، والذي استمر أحد عشر يوماً، وأسفر عن استشهاد أكثر من 250 مواطناً غالبيتهم من المدنيين بالإضافة إلى إصابة 1948 آخرين، عدا عن تدمير عشرات المنازل والأبراج السكنية. 

الجزء الأول

ويسرد مدير القوات المدنية في جباليا ونائب مدير شمال غزة، الضابط محمد حمد، حيث يظهر في إحدى الصور مرتدياً زي الإنقاذ باللون البرتقالي، جانب من الجرائم التي ارتكبها الاحتلال "الإسرائيلي" خلال فترة العدوان.

وقال حمد: "كان يوم 13 مايو/آيار ما زلت أتذكر هذا اليوم كما لو كنت أعيشه، ولا أعتقد أنني سأنسى ذلك طوال حياتي، تلقينا اتصالاً من الدفاع المدني يفيد بحدوث تفجير في منطقة الشيخ زايد وتوجهنا بسرعة نحو موقع التفجير، بالطبع ، عند وصولنا وجدنا المنازل قد انهارت تمامًا".

وأضاف: "كانت الساعة 1:30 بعد منتصف الليل، عند الفجر بدأنا عمليات الإنقاذ بالمنزل الأول لمدة 4 ساعات ، وفي المبنى الثاني استغرق الأمر 14 ساعة متواصلة. أثناء عملية الإنقاذ ، قمنا بإخراج الضحايا نيام خاصة الأطفال، كانوا يحملون ألعاب العيد ويرتدون ملابس العيد. بكيت أنا والطاقم كثيرًا، لم أستطع الاستمرار من هول ما رأيته وشدة البكاء. مع هذا استكملنا وكنا نتوقف للبكاء من حين لآخر ، كنا نعمل بأيدينا العارية أو بمساعدة المطارق".

وتابع: "نحن موظفون للدفاع المدني تابعون للحكومة، لكن لا يمكننا امتلاك معدات متطورة ونعمل بقدرات بدائية للغاية"، مُردفاً: الصورة المرفقة لطفل من عائلة الزوارعة، لن أنكر أنها من الأنواع النادرة من العمليات التي تثلج صدورنا كطاقم لأنه من النادر أن نصل إلى أسرة بأكملها على قيد الحياة ، وعددهم سبعة أشخاص ، على الرغم من تدمير منزلهم متعدد الطوابق بالكامل من قبل غارة جوية".

واستكمل حديثه: "تم تدمير الحي بالكامل لا يمكنك تخيل كيف يبدو، لا أستطيع أن أصف عدة منازل، كل منزل من عدة طوابق، أصبحوا جميعا مجرد ركام، واستغرق الأمر أربع ساعات لإنقاذ عائلة الزوارعة، والمكونة من سبعة أشخاص الحمد لله أننا أنقذناهم جميعًا أحياء ابنهم هو الذي يظهر في الصورة".

وأردف: "قُتل شخصان من كبار السن، ووجدناهما يعانقان ابنهما ؛ إنه طبيب تمكنا من إنقاذه حياً، لكن كان من المفجع انتزاعه من يدي والديه المسنين؛ مهمتنا صعبة، نحن لا نخرج من أي أنقاض حتى نتأكد من أننا نلتقط كل شخص سواء حيا أو جريحا أو فارق الحياة أو حتى أشلاء".

واستدرك: "في عائلة الزوارعة طفل يبلغ من العمر 4 أشهر فتاة وفتاة تبلغ من العمر خمس سنوات معهما، وفتاة تبلغ من العمر 15 عامًا، هذا النوع من المعجزات هو الذي يساعدنا في التغلب على مهام الإنقاذ المرهقة، والتي لا يسفر البحث فيها عن ناجين".

كنا نحفر بأيدينا أو مع المجارف والمطارق الصغيرة

قال حمد: "المبنى التالي كان منزل الطناني، حيث لم نتمكن من العثور على أي شخص على قيد الحياة، مات كل من الزوجة والزوج والأطفال"، مُتسائلاً: "هل يمكنك تخيل 14 ساعة من العمل بأيدٍ عارية ولا يوجد شخص واحد على قيد الحياة".

ويُكمل حمد في شهادته الحية على جرائم الاحتلال: "كانت عائلة العطار والأم وأبناؤها يرتدون ملابس العيد ويمسكون بملابس العيد بعد أن صرخت الطواقم ورأت في الأطفال أطفالها وراحوا يبكون وما زلنا نبكي كلما تذكرنا أطفال منهم طفل عمره لا يتجاوز السنة ليلة العيد ما زالت نائمة، أو الأصعب أن نضطر أن نقول للأطفال أنك الناجي الوحيد دون جميع أفراد أسرتك، لقد أصبحت وحيدًا ، وعليك مواجهة العالم وحدك".

 واستطرد: لا تسألوني أتكيف مع الأهوال التي رأيتها، لأنني أسأل نفسي كيف يتكيف هؤلاء الأطفال عندما يكون الطفل هو الناجي الوحيد في الأسرة، ونحن نولد الأطفال في المستشفى ولا يمكننا إخبارهم فقط (مرحباً عزيزي، لقد فقدت للتو كل ما لديك في الحياة بواسطة قنبلة إسرائيلية) كان لا بد من سؤال هؤلاء الأطفال عن كيفية التكيف والتقبل وليس نحن طواقم الإغاثة والدفاع".

مريم: أستطيع أن أتذكر سوزي اشكنتنا وبنان، لقد أرسلت لكم صورهم ومقاطع الفيديو الخاصة بهم، فهما ناجين من قصف عائلاتهم، واحد منهم لديه والدها فقط ، وهناك سهم من 8 إلى 10 سنوات وكان هناك طفلة شهرين فقط من الأطفال الناجين من عائلته تم تسليمها إلى مستشفى الشفاء.

الجزء الثاني

حامد عبد القادر رئيس قسم التدريب في الدفاع المدني شمال غزة

وقال عبد القادر: "سأتحدث عن إحدى المهام التي قمنا بها ، وكانت يوم الأحد 16 مايو ، تلقينا نداء استغاثة في شارع الوحدة، إحداها تخص أبو العوف والأخرى إلى عائلة الكولك ومع ذلك، وبسبب كثافة القصف والأعداد، اتصلت بنا نفس الطواقم من شمال غزة لتزويدهم بالمساعدة والإمدادات، فأرسلت فريق إنقاذ مكون من رامي صلاح وإبراهيم أبو وردة وكريم الدلو وزيدان أبو جراد، ومحمد بطاح لمساندة طاقم غزة. كان الوقت يقترب من الفجر، ثم تلقيت مكالمة بأن الأخت أم صبحي تحت الأنقاض بهاتفها الخلوي ومازال يعمل، وطلبوا مني الاتصال بها، واتصلت بها، وأخبرتني بالبكاء والصراخ بالكاد أفهم أنها كانت تقول وتكرر "أنا محاصرة بالرمال والأنقاض.. ساعدوني" ، أرسلت لها طاقم الدعم، الذي تمكن طاقم الإنقاذ من انتشالهم أحياء، الحمد لله".

وأضاف: "قالوا مرة أخرى إن الوقت ينفد، ويخشون خسارة المزيد من الأرواح بسبب ضيق الوقت ونقص الموارد، وبالطبع عدم وجود معدات نحن نعمل بأيدينا العارية وعدد قليل من المطارق والمجارف، لذلك قررنا الخروج من القيادة والإدارة الجميع ذهب للمشاركة في عملية الإنقاذ".

واستدرك: "تخيلوا هذه العملية التي شاركت فيها جميع أطقم الإنقاذ في شمال غزة ووسط قطاع غزة، حاولنا محاولات يائسة للحفر، سمعنا أصوات الجرحى والناجين من تحت الأنقاض، ما يعني أن كل لحظة وثانية تحسب من حياتهم ، ليس دقيقة فقط بل اللحظة غالية، حيث لا يتوفر أكسجين إلى جانب الإصابات الشديدة".

وتابع: "تحت أنقاض منزل عائلة أبو عوف ، سمعنا صوتًا، فذهبنا أنا وأبو أسامة حمد تحت الأنقاض وفتحنا له فتحة أكسجين، لا أريد أن أتذكر المعدات التي اعتدت استخدامها، فتح أبو أسامة الثقوب 5 سم ، ثم 10 إلى 40 سم ، فوجدنا وجه الشخص الحمد لله ، ورأيناه يأتي من بيت الكولك ، أخبرني طاقم الإنقاذ عن إعيائهم الشديد أثناء العمل لساعات طويلة وطلبوا مساعدتي في عائلة الكولك".

وأضاف: "خرجت من منزل أبو عوف وذهبت إلى منزل الكولك في منزل الكولك ووجدت أبو خليل أبو الريش من غزة يسلط كشافًا على طفل صغير في حفرة".

وفيما يلي جانب من حديث عبد القادر:

يتحدث معه الطاقم وبجانبه في شقة مجاورة تحت الأنقاض امرأة وشاب قاما بتسهيل أمور إنقاذهما حيث زحفنا تحت الأنقاض من خلال ثقوب في الحطام وتحت الأنقاض بمساعدة الجمهور، لأن الموضوع كان أكبر من طواقم الإنقاذ وحدها ، لقد أخرجنا الشاب والأم على قيد الحياة. أصيبت الأم بكسور كثيرة في جسدها كانت تصرخ ، ثم زحفنا تحت الخرسانة ووجدنا طفلاً يتراوح عمره بين 12 و 14 عامًا ، والطفل على نقالة في الصورة

دخلت إليها تحت الأنقاض، زاحفًا كما لو كنت بين الكهوف، كنا نعلم جيدًا أننا نجازف بحياتنا مقابل ما لا نعرفه، هل الطفل حي أم لا؟ كان صوته هشًا ، والحمد لله بعد الزحف لفترة طويلة رأيته و لقد كان مرعبا".

أبو خليل، أحد أفراد الطاقم في غزة، شتت انتباهه ليساعده على الصبر لأنه كان في حالة صدمة، أولاً، كنا نزحف تحت الأنقاض بعمق متر ونصف، ثم زحفنا أكثر من مترين تحت الخرسانة ؛ لم نتمكن من النزول من الحفرة التي كان يتحدث عنها أبو خليل لأننا كنا سنعرض حياة الطفل للخطر، لم يبكي ، لكنه كان صامتًا لأن والدته أمامه وقد فارقت الحياة ومدفونة تماما تحت رمال الأنقاض بينما كان هو بين يدي والده الذي كان يبدو أنه يحاول حماية ابنه لآخر نفس.

استشهد بابا وماما "قالها الطفل في ذهول شديد"

طلب الأكسجين، حيث شعر بالاختناق، وهو أمر طبيعي، حيث استنشق الغبار من القصف حتى الإنقاذ، شدّت الطفل لكن لم نستطيع اخراجه، رفعنا الرمل ولم نستطع استعادته لوجود حزام خرساني يغطّي يده اليسرى بيد أبيه ، فلم نتمكن من شدّه.

زحف حمد من مركز جباليا للوصول إلينا، أخبرته أننا لن نكون قادرين على التحرك في هذا المكان الضيق ، قال لي ، جهزه ، زحف ، و سأساعدك من الأسفل، كلنا نحن والطفل كنا في خطر محقق لأنه ربما تكون هذه الخرسانة هي العمود المركزي الذي يرتكز عليه الأنقاض ويترك متنفسا في تلك الحفرة بهذا الارتفاع الذي نجلس عليه ، وكسر الخرسانة يعني أن السقف قد يسقط على الطفل

أخبرني أبو أسامة، في هذه الحالة أخرج، وأنا سأبقى مع الطفل؛ بالطبع هذا موقف بطولي من أبو أسامة ، لكننا اعتدنا على مثل هذه المواقف من فرق الإنقاذ لدينا ، وذهبت ومدت حبل لسحب الأب وفكه عن ابنه ، خاطر أبو أسامة بنفسه وطرق العمود بمطرقة ولكن العناية الالهية أنقذتهما ورفع الحصار عن الطفل من الركام والخرسانة والكتلة الاسمنتية، رفعنا الكتلة الخرسانية مباشرة ثم سحب ابو اسامة الطفل من تحت إبطه ولله الحمد كان الطفل على قيد الحياة بلا إصابات خطيرة وأصر ابو أسامة على رفعه اولا وهو عبد العزيز الكولك صورته على نقالة.

كان يعاني من اختناق شديد وكسر في اليد ولم يقل إلا كلمات قليلة، يقول استراحة استراحة لم يقل أنا متعب كان موقف صعب خاصة عندما كنا نخرجه ، لكنه كان متمسكًا بوالده ، الذي قام بحمايته من الخرسانة ، هذه العملية كانت صعبة ، ظللنا في الحفرة ثلاث ساعات مع الطفل

استشهد كل أهله أمام عينيه ، وأسأل الله وأدعو الله أن يعوضه بأناس خير من أهله ، وأن يعوضه عما رآه لأن جميع أفراد عائلته قد أبيدوا وليسوا مجرد رحلوا عن عالمنا، عائلته وعائلته جيرانه وبيته فقد كل شيء.

قبلها كنا نواصل النداء تحت الأنقاض ، هل يوجد أحد؟ هل هناك أي شخص؟ لم يرد علينا أحد سوى عبد العزيز بصوت ضعيف ، وعندما خرج حاولنا الزحف إلى الداخل ، ولم نسمع صوتًا ، لكنني وجدت خزانة مليئة بألعاب الأطفال الملونة بالوردي و الأزرق ، ولم يكن هناك حياة في المكان.

الجزء الثالث

تصريح نائب المدير العام للقوات المدنية في غزة العميد سمير الخطيب

يفترض أن جهاز الدفاع المدني في غزة جهاز إنساني نموذجي ، لكننا خضنا أربع حروب متواصلة أعوام 2008 و 2012 و 2014 والآن 2021. المعدات متداعية بسيطة وبدائية. لقد فقدنا معظمهم في الحروب الماضية.

فوجئنا بهذا العدوان بقصف متواصل وعنيف يشنه العدوان الجوي الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة، كان ضحايانا مدنيين ينامون في منازلهم مستهدفون ، استهدفوا مصانع وأراضي زراعية وحتى البنية التحتية لغزة مستهدفة.

تم تدمير شبكات الكهرباء والماء.

تم قصف المكونات الأساسية للحياة والمجتمع في غزة.

استهدفنا جيش الاحتلال بفرق القوات المدنية ورجال الإنقاذ ، وأطلقوا النار علينا تحذيرات بصواريخ في عدة مهمات ، و استهدفوا عدة مبان في مواقع متعددة ، كان استهداف شارع الوحدة مروعاً ، والمنازل الآمنة في الفجر، وكان المدنيون العزل من النساء والأطفال المسنون ضحايا، لم تساعدهم أي من معاهدات أو قوانين حقوق الإنسان ، لكن تم استهدافهم جميعًا في نفس الشارع في وقت واحد،  كان هذا القصف أكبر من قدرة طواقمنا المعتادة.

لقد شهدنا عمليات نوعية جديدة ولم نشهد هذه الوحشية من قبل، الاجتياحات والقنابل والصواريخ المتفجرة علينا من الاحتلال الإسرائيلي دون رحمة، تركتنا المهمات بمهمات جديدة ولدينا مهام إنقاذ مختلفة، لم نعد نملك جرافات أو أجهزة استشعار خاصة بالكشف تحت الأنقاض أو الكشف عن الغازات السامة ، فقدنا أرواحًا ، ليس فقط بسبب القصف ولكن أيضًا بسبب نقص المعدات التي كان من الممكن أن تنقذ الأرواح في الوقت المناسب

حتى المنطقة الصناعية (كارني) لم تسلم من القصف، قصفت المصانع

بقنابل فسفورية دمرت جزء من مصنع كوكاكولا، إنها منطقة يفترض أن تكون آمنة ، ومعروفة ومكشوفة للاحتلال ، لكنها تعرضت للدمار ، وهو ما نعتبره التدمير المتعمد للاقتصاد الفلسطيني وتعمد إلحاق الضرر بمجتمع غزة.

لقد استهدفت الطرق وشبكات الكهرباء والماء وحتى الصرف الصحي، لم يخلف القصف شيء حتى من مياه الصرف الصحي.

وطبعا قصف الطرق ساهم في إعاقة دور الدفاع المدني في إيصال الجرحى إلى المستشفيات.

ناهيك عن مياه الشرب ، حيث ساهم قصف شبكات المياه في عدم قدرتنا على ملء سيارات الإطفاء للسيطرة على الحرائق بسبب استمرار القصف.

وكان المستهدفين من المدنيين العزل والأطفال وكبار السن والنساء، قمنا بسحب أشلاء الجثث عدة مرات، ربع الضحايا الشهداء من الضربات الإسرائيلية أطفال، وهذا يثبت وحشية هذا الاحتلال الذي يجب أن يطلق على هذا العدوان أنه  جرائم حرب، قصف المساكن من 15 طابقا يعني أيضا تهجير قسري لهذه العائلات.

بالنسبة لنا ، كأطقم دفاع مدني ، تمكنا من إخراج 50 شخصًا من تحت الأنقاض، طبعا هذه البيوت قصفت دون سابق انذار وبفضل الله كتبت للكثيرين منهم النجاة وكل الاهداف لا علاقة لهم بأي نشاط عسكري، إضافة إلى ذلك ، فقد استشهدت ثلاث فتيات تتراوح أعمارهن بين أربع وعشر سنوات، طبعا ما علاقة الأطفال بالنشاط العسكري ؟؟

من خلال هذا المنبر، أناشد جميع المؤسسات الدولية المعنية وخاصة الجمعية الدولية للحماية المدنية والأمم المتحدة وجميع الدول الصديقة لإنقاذ الدفاع المدني وتزويده بالمعدات والسيارات والمعدات الثقيلة، تم إنتاج سياراتنا في الثمانينيات. الأصل أن يكون الدفاع المدني على درجة عالية من الاستعداد والاستجابة السريعة لأن ذلك يعني إنقاذ الأرواح في الحرائق والعمل الروتيني العام والطبيعي لكن مع طاقم دفاع مدني في غزة الطاقم يعمل في إغاثة المجتمع الفلسطيني من القصف، الركام والعدوان

ويفترض أن تكون هناك زيادة في محطات ووحدات الدفاع المدني. يجب أن تكون زيادة في رفع قدرات الدفاع المدني، كان على أطقم العمل تلبية احتياجات المواطنين، لا بديل عن الدفاع المدني، العديد من المستشفيات الصحية المجهزة متوفرة سواء في جمعيات خيرية وحتى خدمات الطوارئ متعددة والمدارس كثيرة أيضًا، لكن الدفاع المدني ومكافحة الحرائق ليست سوى وحدة واحدة ومعداتها بدائية، تعطيله وعدم استعداده يعرض المواطنين وحياتهم للخطر

آمل أن تصل استغاثتي إلى جميع أصحاب القرار لإمداد الدفاع المدني بالآلات والمعدات والتدريب اللازم.

Civil forces in Gaza reveal the catastrophic situation due to the israeli airstrike

Part 1 Mohamed Hamad The rescue officer in the orange on the picture

Hamad is the civil forces manager for Gabalia and the vice manager of north Gaza he was on the head of his team for the whole 11 days of the airstrikes

It was May 13; I still remember this day as if I was living it, and I don’t think that I’ll forget it all my life. We received a call from the Civil Defense Division stating a bombing in the Sheikh Zayed area, and we went very quickly to the bombing site. Of course, upon our arrival, we found the houses had utterly collapsed. It was 1:30 pm. At dawn, we started rescue operations in the first house for 4 hours, and in the second building, it took 14 hours continuously. During the rescue operation, we took out the victims between the sleeper and the children, holding the Eid games and Eid clothes. The crew and I cried a lot. I could not do it from the horror of what I saw and the intensity of crying; with this Occasionally, we work with our bare hands and primitive hammers. We are actual civil defense staff affiliated with the government, but we cannot have advanced equipment and work with highly primitive capabilities.

The attached picture is of a child from the Zawara family. I will not deny that it is one of the rare types of operations that warm our hearts as a crew because it is rare that we can take out an entire family alive, numbering seven people, even though their multi-floors house destroyed totally by the airstrike

The neighborhood was completely destroyed; you can't imagine how it looks. I can't describe Several houses, each house from several floors, became just rubble, and the whole, It took four hours to rescue the Zawaraa family they were seven persons. Thank God we brought them all alive. Their son is the one shown in the picture. Two people were killed while they were elderly, and we found them hugging their son; he is a doctor whom we managed to bring out alive, but it was heartbreaking to grab him from his elderly parent's hands; our mission is tough; we don't get out from any rabble until we make sure we grab every single person lived their weather we likey enough to grab them alive or dead or even into pieces of Shreds in so many times

Al-Zawareah had a 4-month-old girl and a five-year-old girl with them, and a 15-year-old girl. So we pulled seven out of the rubble alive, that kind of miracle which helps us overcome burdensome rescue missions, in which the result of the search is that none of the family survived.

We were digging with our bare hands' little shovels and hammers. The next building was Al-Tanani House, where we could not find anyone alive. The wife, the husband and the kids were all dead. Can you imagine 14 hours of work with bare hands and no single person alive.

What I will never forget and the most harrowing scenes we have seen.

The Al-Attar family, the mother, and her children were wearing Eid clothes and clutching the Eid clothes after the crews screamed and saw in the children her children and kept crying and we still cry whenever we remember the children of the months of her age, the night of the Eid is still asleep. We tell the children that you are the only survivor without all of your family. You have become lonely, and you have to face the world. Please do not ask me how to adapt because I ask myself how these children will adapt when they are the only survivor in the family, we deliver the children in the hospital and we can’t just tell them (hello dear you just lost all your families by a bomb) those children have to been asked how would you cope that not us.

Part 2.

He says in this recording, I will talk about one of the tasks that we did, and it was on Sunday, May 16, we received distress on Al-Wehda Street, one of which belongs to the Abu Al-Auf the other to the Kulak family. Under the rubble of the Abu Auf family’s house, we heard a sound, so Abu Osama Hamad and I went under the rubble and opened two oxygen vents for him. I don’t want to remember the equipment that I used to use. Abu Osama opened the holes 5 cm, then 10 to 40 cm, so we saw the person’s face, praise be to God, and we saw him come From the house of Al-Kulk, a rescue crew tells me that our strengths are exhausted, and we are working. The civil defense apparatus in Gaza is supposed to be a typical humanitarian apparatus, but we fought four continuous wars, 2008, 2012, and 2014 and now 2021. Our capabilities and equipment are dilapidated, simple, and primitive. We lost most of them in past wars.

We were surprised, in this aggression, with a continuous and violent bombing that was launched by the Israeli air aggression on the Gaza Strip. They were civilians sleeping in their homes targeted,  factories and agricultural lands were targeted, Gaza infrastructure was targeted.

Electricity and water networks were destroyed.

The basic components of life and society in Gaza were bombed.

The Israeli occupation army targeted us as civil forces teams and rescuers, they fired at us to warn us on several missions, they targeted several buildings in multiple locations, the targeting of Al-Wehda Street was horrific, and safe houses were at dawn. Civilians, women, children elderly were victims. None of the human rights treaties or laws helped them, but they were targeted all at once on the same street simultaneously, which was greater than the capacity of our usual crews.

We witnessed new quality operations, and we did not witness this brutality. Incursions, bombs, and explosive missiles were thrown at us from the Israeli occupation without mercy. The missions left us with new missions, and we have different rescue missions. Bulldozers and winches for detection devices under the rubble or detecting toxic gases, and then we lost lives, not only from the bombing but also due to the lack of equipment that could have saved lives.

Most of the targets were civilians, children, the elderly, and women. We pulled body parts without a body many times, a quarter of those who have been killed from Israeli strikes, either women or children; this proves the barbarity and brutality of this occupation, which must interpret these targets as war crimes. Regarding us, as civil defense crews, we were able to get 50 people out from under the rubble; of course, these homes were bombed without prior warning, and thanks to God, I wrote to many of them lives and all of the targets they had nothing to do with any military activity. In addition, we extracted three girls between four and ten years who were martyred; of course, what the connection between Children and military activity??

From this platform of yours, I appeal to all concerned international institutions, the International Civil Protection Association, the United Nations, and all friendly countries to rescue the civil defense and provide them with equipment, cars, and heavy equipment. Our vehicles were produced in the 1980s. The origin is for the civil defense to be highly prepared and quick to respond because the second means saving a life in fires And the general routine work is not to our mind with a civil defense crew working in the relief of the Palestinian community from bombing, rubble, and aggression
