Doctors World-Wide – Turkey (DWWT) has been established in 2000 with a personal effort of a group of doctors in order to deliver aids and medical services to local communities which are victims of manmade hunger, poverty, drought, diseases, wars, disputes and natural disasters regardless their language, religion, ethnicity or gender.

Doctors Worldwide – Turkey is currently implementing “Medical Home Service “Project in Gaza Strip aiming to provide a comprehensive rehabilitation services to wounded people and people with disability in Gaza Strip.

DWWT encourage candidates to apply for job vacancy to be then included in its team working in Medical Home Services project as following:

Main Tasks and Duties: 

1.Conduct office work and field work with the project team.
2.Responsible for All Data entry in the project and follow up the electronic Archive in IT programs and keep it updated from the working teams on a daily bases, collecting and organizing a file for each case .
3.Sort, organize and store paperwork after entering data
4.Write periodic reports according to the instructions of the project coordinator on a specific actions that been implemented by him or his team to his superior.
5.Organize and archive “both soft and hard copies” for patients.
6.Follow the administrative sequence and the chain of commands
7.Perform any tasks assigned by the project coordinator.
8.Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of patients and project work.

Required Skills and Competences:

1.University degree in any related field with a minimum experience of 2 years.
2.Gender: Male/female
3.Good-looking and courteous in speech and able to persuade
4.Working through a team and working under pressure
5.Computer skills and Microsoft office
6.Preparing and writing reports by English and Arabic language
7.Fluent English language “Reading , Writing and speaking “Computer skills and Microsoft office and “preferable project programs”.
8.Preparing and writing reports by English and Arabic language
9.Fluent English language ” Reading, Writing and speaking”
Ability to work under emergency situations
