تسعى جمعية حيفا لرعاية الأسرة الفلسطينية إلى توظيف "أخصائي اجتماعي" بدوام كامل
للعمل في برنامج الرعاية الاجتماعية.
المنصب: 1 أخصائي اجتماعي - رفح
المتطلبات:
• درجة البكالوريوس في الأدب الإنجليزي ، الهندسة ، الإدارة باللغة الإنجليزية أو أي مسائل أخرى ذات صلة بمعدل لا يقل عن 75%
• إثبات الخبرة السابقة في العمل في المجالات ذات الصلة ، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في بيئة غير حكومية دولية.
• ممتاز في مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية وخاصة في الكتابة.
• مهارات الكمبيوتر ممتازة (ويندوز ، مرض التصلب العصبي المتعدد مكتب ، الإنترنت ، وما إلى ذلك).
• مهارات ممتازة في الاتصال وإعداد التقارير.
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت أعباء العمل الثقيلة.
• يجب أن يكون مقدم الطلب في منطقة رفح.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
• إجراء زيارات ميدانية للحالات التي ترعاها الرعاية الاجتماعية ومنازل المستفيدين الآخرين
وإعداد التقارير الدورية لهم وفقا لقسم الرعاية الاجتماعية
إجراءات يدوية وضمن الجدول الزمني المطلوب.
• التواصل مع المستفيدين فيما يتعلق بتقييم الاحتياجات والمعلومات المطلوبة والمساعدات
الخدمات المقدمة ، وتقييم التدخلات ، الخ ...
• تجهيز الاستعدادات لحالات رعاية حالات جديدة والتأكد من أن جميع النماذج ذات الصلة و
اكتمال الوثائق.
• تحديث منتظم ودقيق لقاعدة بيانات الحالات المدعومة والتأكد من مطابقتها
مع الورق والوثائق الإلكترونية.
• المساعدة في معالجة الطلبات الخاصة والعاجلة من الجهات المانحة بما في ذلك المساعدات المالية ، عينا
الهدايا ، وردود الفعل والوثائق المطلوبة ، والصور ، والتقارير الخاصة ، الخ ...
• تحت إشراف المشرف المباشر ، والمساعدة في التخطيط لقسم الرعاية الاجتماعية و
برامج ومشاريع وأنشطة أقسام أخرى وتنفيذها وتوثيقها.
• أي المهام ذات الصلة المطلوبة.

Social Worker - Rafah
Haifa Association for the Palestinian Family Care is seeking to employ a full-time “Social Worker”
to work in the Social Welfare Programme.
Position: 1 Social Worker – Rafah
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in English Literature, Engineering, Management in English or any other related
fields with at least graduation average 75+%.
• Proven previous experience in working in related fields, preferably within an INGO environment.
• Excellent in English skills especially in writing.
• Excellent computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Internet, etc.).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work within a team and under heavy workloads.
• The applicant should reside in Rafah area.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Conducting field visits to the social welfare sponsored cases and other beneficiaries’ homes
and preparing periodic reports for them according to the Social Welfare Section operational
manual procedures and within the requested timeline.
• Contacting with beneficiaries regarding needs assessment, information needed, aid and
services provided, interventions evaluation, etc…
• Processing the preparations of new cases sponsorships and ensure that all related forms and
documents are completed.
• Regular and accurate updating the database of sponsored cases and make sure that it matches
with the paper and electronic documents.
• Assisting in processing special and urgent requests from donors including financial aid, in-kind
gifts, requested feedbacks and documents, photos, special reports, etc…
• Under the supervision of the direct supervisor, assisting in planning the Social Welfare Section and
other sections’ programmes, projects and activities and their implementation and documentation.
• Any related tasks required.

will be tested and interviewed. Please note that the first 3 months will be trial period. The monthly
salary as a lump sum is US$ 450 (during the trial periods and after). The successful applicants will
sign projects funding staff contracts as this position depends on the project/projects fund.
